Online Organon is a package for online static and dynamic security assessments. Its main characteristics are: fully automated assessment processes; dynamic security assessment based on detailed models, security regions driven by continuous power flow; several automatically verified security criteria, including on the fly stability indices, automatic assessments of near real-time scenarios based on generation and outage schedules, and load forecast, extensive diagnosis and reports, and embedded parallel processing.

Planning Organon is an integrated platform for power system planning and operational studies. In addition to the high performance security assessment functions, it includes a fully interactive graphical interface, power flow calculation methods, short/long term transient/dynamic stability simulation with embedded automatic diagnosis methods, user defined control models and special protection schemes, automatic scenario construction and tuning, OPF, network and dynamic reduced models, short circuit calculations, model tuning, scripting, etc.

OTDS (Operator Training Dynamic Simulator) is a real-time dynamic simulator for operator training that is currently under development by HPPA. OTDS' main differential is the full dynamic representation of protection and control systems, which allows for a more realistic environment and comprehensive spectrum of scenarios when compared with quasi-steady-state simulators.

OTDS can be used as a standalone or integrated with EMS or WAMS for operator training and application developments.
